4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, 1 outdoor shower, sleeps 8-10

Walk to beach from our home. Our home has the feel of a 'bed and breakfast' with hardwood floors throughout, wainscoting/crown molding and classic furniture. Very cozy and sunny with all the amenities of home including stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 tv's, wi-fi, bbq, patio furniture, etc...The yard is large and private. Kids can use the basketball court in front. Parents could watch on the 2 adirondack chairs. Three air conditioning units keep the house cool along with fans in each room. Two family rooms allow adults and kids to have their own space. Lots of books and games to choose from. Dogs are welcome.

Enjoy scenic drives to Provincetown, Cape Cod National Seashore (lighthouse, sand dunes, white beaches) Hyannis whale watching, Sandwich Glass Museum, Holly Ride Golf Club and much more.
