Beautiful Lake Toxaway residence.now entering the most incredibly perfect time of year weather wise and leaf season!. Breathtaking looking at thr mountain and forests. The most gorgeous, newest home available for rent( never been occupied by the owners, but for a couple months, since buying it new four years ago- (although maintained perfectly by regular housekeepers and handyman) with 'barn arched ceilings'' and other unique architectural characteristics, Fabulous modern gourmet kitchen. All kitchen equipment, utensils , and cookware included. Two large plasma TV's and DVDs and a grand player piano. Incredible outdoor screened porch with gorgeous outdoor fireplace, and additional outdoor porch with new grill and rocking chairs, leading down to a Fazio golf course . First floor master suite with bathroom including steam shower and large separate whirlpool tub. The entire home , views the tallest mountain and the golf course. Master ---king sized four-poster bed-----upstairs, three large bedrooms w separate private bathrooms. Scenic and perfection is an understatement.

I have several more pictures of the interior, including the bedrooms,the family room , the beautiful wooden arches , the great room , indoor porch with fireplace , property and view of the stroll down the grounds to the golf course( a good long distance from the home). I purchased the home in 2008 due to the love of the mountains and the unusually and incredibly built home. b The home was purchased for a summer home , but haven't had the time to use it often. I wanted to share my lovely home with others, maintained perfectly by my housekeepers and maintenance man. Experience the Mountains and the serenity it has to offer.

The property is located on Toxaway Estates with its own private lake. Many attractions are located in this area. Many hiking trails and Gorges State Park where the Land Of Water Falls is located. All attractions is located within 15 minutes of the property. Memories will be made and my guess is yo will consider returning. the largest private lake in NC is a stone's throw away

What makes this house unique

Fall in the mountains is a breathtaking experience. September-November is a spectacular time to visit due to the changing colors of the leaves and temperate weather . Home is located next to Blue Ridge Parkway where you can ride and see amazing views of the mountains with their majestic coloring during leave season. Although th emost scenic veiws are outside the home from the outdoor porches and inside looking gout the windows.

Our family just enjoyed a wonderful weeks stay in this beautiful house. It was our first time in the Lake Toxaway are and we found this house to perfectly located--close to the marina, activities and lake area. The house had everything we needed and was beautifully designed and maintained. I would highly recommend to others looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.
