A real gem!

Le Falevinier offered everything we hoped for and more. It has easy access to major roads and thus to all attractions. It is within walking distance of the beautiful perched town of St. Paul. The grounds are beautifully maintaines, the pool area enjoyable and away from the house , well secured (important when vacationing with little children). The house itself is very functional, spacious, comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and great bathrooms. The rustic, Provencial style is expertly combined with modern comfort. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book it again in the future.

Great villa with lovely gardens near St Paul

Even though we were on a work trip we had a great time at this villa. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us and the layout of the house and garden allows for privacy when you need it. I especially loved the pool/bbq area. There is very well equipped kitchen by the pool with I thought was great!

The nearby village of St Paul-de-Vence is beautiful and filled with the most intriguing and interesting art galleries.

Our cleaner offered to make us a home-made French meal on one of the nights and this was definitely one of the highlights of the stay!

This property was excellent for a week's family holiday and ideal for the three generations who were there with plenty of space for all to be together or find a quieter moment. The property was well described so there were no hidden surprises and with the bedroom layout as such worked for both the family units and old and young.
The different levels in the garden areas are interesting but 'kept one fit'!! Improved vehicle turn round space would help.
The property is well maintained and equipped and the staff
were all friendly and helpful with the baby sitter proving invaluable for us. The owner provided great 'customer service' and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others wishing to explore this region.

Le Falevenier was the most fantastic house I've ever stayed in. Me and my familie had a great week in the house and St. Paul.
It is perfect for 10 people, each room was unique and the living rooms was amazing.
The pool area was excellent with all possible amenities and facilities.
The village of St. Paul is just wonderful

We were 10 people; 4 grandparents, 2 parents and 4 children aged 8-16 staying at the villa two weeks in April 2012. The property was perfect for our needs, lots of room, spacious and well equipped kitchen, tasteful bathrooms and bedrooms, and appealing outdoors. The property is nicely located for visiting the sights of the French Riviera, as well as lots of opportunities for both nature and art lovers. A car is essential, but both supermarkets and St. Paul is within reasonable walking distance. The owners are very friendly and professional, which for me is important renting properties on the internet. I truly recommend Le Falevinier for your next Riviera vacation!
