The locations are all within easy distance to the surrounding cafes, beaches and both general and boutique shopping areas. Enjoy a stroll along the beautiful beaches around Cottesloe and Fremantle or visit the bustling Fremantle markets. Take a trip to the local wineries and enjoy a glass of lovely Swan Valley or Margaret River wine. Smell the aroma of the freshly brewed coffee from one of the many cafes. Our accommodation is located in fantastic positions, which provide for a great base if you wish to visit some of the many Western Australian attractions around the Coral Coast, Exmouth, Broome, Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Avon Valley, Monkey Mia, Nullarbor Plain, Mandurah, Rottnest Island, Bungle Bungle National Park, Kimberley or the Pilbara region. There are so many interesting things to do and see.

• BOOKING CONDITIONS
  
  
  Deposit and Payment
  
  A non-refundable one-night deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment of the deposit implies that you have read and agreed these conditions. Reservations will only be held for 5 days without deposit. As we have a limited number of apartments full payment must be received two weeks before arrival.
  
  Refunds (excluding deposit) will only be made if the accommodation can be rebooked and therefore we recommend that you have adequate travel insurance in place for your holiday.
  
  We have Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Diners Club card facilities. There is a 3% surcharge on Amex and Diners cards. Whilst we appreciate that you will take care of our apartments, we ask that you provide a credit card number as security against any accidental damage or losses. Payment can be made by direct deposit, please advise by telephone or email if you have chosen this option.
• Keys and Security
  
  The apartments have a keypad at the front security door and then another internal keypad located on each apartment door in the entry foyer. You will be given the codes with your final payment.
  
  Please remember to lock and dead bolt the balcony sliding doors and windows if you are going out. The front doors will lock on closing so remember to have your security codes with you at all times.
  
  Check In/Out Times
  
  Check in is at 2.00 p.m. and checkout is at 10.00 a.m. promptly. We will endeavour to arrange an early check in for guests arriving from interstate or overseas, however please remember that the previous guests have not checked out until 10.00 am and the apartments must be thoroughly cleaned.
  
  Luggage
  
  We appreciate that it can be difficult to time arrivals and departures with the above times, however we have no facilities to store luggage for either early arrivals or late departures. Any luggage arranged by you to be stored at the apartments befor
• Parties
  
  We understand that you may wish to entertain friends and family whilst you are staying in the apartments but we would appreciate it if you would discuss with us any arrangements you may wish to make for larger
  gatherings. In any case we ask that you respect that other people live in the building.
  
  Parking
  
  There is off street angle parking in the grounds of Overton Towers on the right side of the main entrance or alternatively there is parking for your unit (numbered) in the carport at the rear of the building off Warnham Street. Take care not to park in Overton Gardens after 5.00 p.m. on Thursday nights until Monday mornings are there are heavy fines for offenders.
  
  Telephone
  
  There are telephone facilities in each apartment enabling you to receive calls and make a minimum number of local calls and access your emails (if you have a local server) if you are travelling with a computer.
