Located in one of the best locations in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area- close to many famous resorts (Camelback Inn, Montelucia Intercontinental, The Phoenician, The Biltmore, too name a few) also very convienent to the airport (20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport) just north of Camelback and Mummy Mountains in Paradise Valley. Convienent for excursions to museums ( MIM, PHX art, Science) and live theatre (ASU Gammage, Orpheum, PhX theatre) and shopping malls.

Tatum and Shea Blvd. major cross streets. Marebeya Condominiums complex is located South of Shea Blvd and West of Tatum.

The owner of this has decorated it with wonderful taste. It is clean and in a nice and safe area of phoenix. Many high-end shops and restaurants near by. Trader Joes is just down the road. The owner goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant and convenient.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect location for spring training baseball and golf. The unit was exactly as described, our experience with both owners was wonderful. The unit had all the amenities we need for our stay.

Our two month stay at this Marabeya condo was a cozy and
welcoming place; beautifully furnished with everything you
need for cooking, sleeping, relaxing and Arizona living. Laurie
and Chuck have selected all the best cookware, dishes, linens
and comfortable furnishings which we thoroughly enjoyed..The
area is the best in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley as to access to
groceries, restaurants, and shopping...all within a short walk or
5 minute drive....all the attractions of the area are within a 30 min drive also. We recommend this clean, well-maintained
condo to anyone seeking a perfect vacation in Arizona.

What a wonderful experience! I have never used HomeAway before and made my decision based on the location and photos... which are amazing! However, this place far exceeds the photos. The experience is like staying in a luxury hotel. Every detail is designer! The beds are so incredibly comfortable, the towels luxurious, and there are even robes in each room for guests. I can't say enough about this place and will definitely stay there again. The owners obviously care about your stay and have ensured to the last detail that you will completely relax and enjoy your stay. Did I mention the location? It is perfect! The best restaurants and stores are right there... We cooked in most of the time, as the kitchen is completely equipped for gourmet cooking and the comfort of the place makes it hard to leave. Last but not least, they have a washer/dryer which is perfect for an extended stay. Can't wait to stay there again!
