This lovely Gardner Mountain Home is on a cul-de-sac that backs right into the tahoe mountains. There have been recent upgrades throughout this lovely home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it a great fit for a family and friends getaway. There is large fenced-in private backyard where you can enjoy entertaining, grilling, or just lounging in the 7-person hot tub. The garage fits 1 car and there's space on the driveway for 2 more (3 total). Close to shopping, skiing, biking, hiking, and the beach.

Beautiful Home! Spacious, modern and very clean. Everything was well stocked and thought out. It was close to the bike trails which was important to us as we were riding our bikes around Lake Tahoe. The hot tub was fabulous after our ride. There is a Raley's grocery store just 5 minutes away. Close to the casinos but far enough away to avoid the busy tourist feel. Loved the location! Would highly recommend. My only suggestion to the owner would be to add a blender to the kitchen (it was advertised that there was one and we came supplied to make smoothies).

The home is supposed to be stocked with a blender so I already have our crew shopping for a replacement. Perfect in every way!

This place was fantastic! The pictures online do not even do it justice. Usually pictures only show some the highlights of a rental, but in this case there was so much more to the house than what is shown. First of all, it is absolutely huge! At any given time there were 2-8 of us staying in the house and it accommodated everyone very well. The Master Bedroom was surprisingly enormous! The backyard and deck are huge too and nicely manicured.

The house is also very well appointed and the internet connection was quick (some of us worked quite a bit out there too). The property management and owners were very easy to work with and were extremely responsive. Even the cleaners and neighbors were great!

Not only did the house have everything we could possibly ask for, it was also very conveniently located. We could grab a bite to eat at a restaurant close by and we had access to gas and groceries nearby as well. Getting to the ski resorts was also easy from this location.

This place is definitely a must-stay, and we will definitely do so again!

I was looking for a rental property near ski resorts in South Lake Tahoe. I had never ever been to the area and did not have a clue as where we were going to stay. I decided on this property based on the overall description and pictures, as well as the extremely affordable price. When selecting rentals online, I expect pictures to be a bit nicer than what the actual property looks like. However, with this property, I was blow away to find that the pictures and description didn’t do this property justice, the property is even nicer than the pictures inside and out!

This home is absolutely lovely, beautifully maintained, with top of the line amenities and furnishings. It is perfect for anyone looking for a house for 6 people. It is minutes away from the lake, casinos, Heavenly ski resort, and so many other points of interest in Heavenly Village.

If you are looking for a beautiful, easy to get to, easy to deal with, and affordable vacation rental, I highly encourage you to seriously consider this property... and it has a hot tub! Perfect way to relax at the end of a fun filled day. I hope to rent this property again next winter and would recommend it to anyone heading to South LakeTahoe.
