Enjoy an amazing, unforgettable vacation in this almost brand new (2nd year), super luxury beach town home across the famous Seaside Heights boardwalk! Perfect location for families w/kids or adults. Beach is just across the street and we are including 8 beach passes, 5 beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. If you need a break from the beach, the gated complex has a heated pool and hot-tub. Within a block you will find a water park, amusement rides, boardwalk activities, dining, cafes & nightclubs. Inside the unit you will find all upgraded amenities such as balconies on each level, roof-top patio, 3 car garage, private elevator, central a/c, 5 mounted LED TVs, cable, blue-ray, wireless internet, washer/dryer, new high-end furniture, fully equipped kitchen w/stainless steel appliances and all cooking/dining ware, 4 large bedrooms w/private baths, awesome bedding, linens, towels, and much more! We do not accept pets, smokers, proms/graduations, bachelor/ette parties or rentals under age 25. Weekly rentals Sat. to Sat. Enjoy!!!

The gorgeous unit has ocean views from 3 balconies on one side and pool views from 4 levels on other side. The large, roof-top patio has a barbecue grill, patio furniture and incredible views with a special fireworks treat on Wednesday evenings! This unit is smartly designed with a 3 car garage, private elevator, beach shower and washer/dryer on 1st floor. 2nd floor has kitchen, living room with 47' mounted LED TV & blue ray player, dining area with seating for 9 and powder room. The 3rd and 4th levels each have a master bedroom and another large bedroom. Each bedroom has brand new, high-end furniture consisting of a queen bed with luxury mattress, mirrored dresser, nightstand and ceiling fan. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and one bedroom has a jetted tub. Each bedroom also has a mounted LED TV and ceiling fan. This unit contains all the finest amenities such as stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, fully equipped kitchens etc.

    1) A rental contract is signed.
    2) A $500 security deposit check is sent and must be received within 7 days of rental contract signing.
    3) A check for half of the rental fee is submitted 30 days before the reservation date.
    4) Balance of payment is due 15 days before the reservation date.

    Note: Late reservations are accepted with the following forms of payments: Cash, certified checks, money orders or traveler checks.

Beautiful~would stay there again

We rented this unit for our extended family of 9 + baby. This unit was perfect in every way. The property was spotless when we arrived. The owers of this property are very helpful and available for any questions or concerns. It location is near everything. Do not need your car for anything park it in the 3 car garage and forget about it till ready to leave.

The roof top which became my husband and I's favorite spot for earily morning (sunrise) coffee and sunset dessert. It was also perfert for the fireworksviewing coming from the beach.. We had dinner on the roof top the night of the fireworks using the great little grills there. The table and chairs up there were perfect of all of us to enjoy a family dinner together and then the fireworks were awesome.

I can't say enought good things about the unit with 5 grand children (ages 12 - infant) and 5 adults we never felt crowded or unconfortable.

Loved the well equipped kitchen, bathrooms (beautiful) pool perfect for afternoon swim and Love the washer and dryer too. The unit is behond its description.

Our family have memories that will last a long time.

Will definetly consider renting it again. Thanks to owners for thinking of everything to make it special.
