This Spanish Colonial style home with Huge ocean views is one of the most beautiful properties in Tamarindo. This spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 Bath home is incredible throughout. Spanish tile and Wrought Iron lighting give this home an Old World Spanish feel. The entire property including the carport is walled and gated for your comfort.

Casa Colonial boasts one of the best locations in town. Just a 4 minute walk or a 1 minute drive and your feet are touching the sand of the most popular surfing beach in Costa Rica.

Cool off in the free form pool with waterfall or relax in the sun. If it gets too hot enjoy the new Palapa that is poolside that measures 25 X 25 feet (8m X 8m). The Palapa has 2 natural wood tables for the adults and 1 for the kids. The Palapa also has a bar to belly up to and enjoy a cold drink or two.

Each bedroom is spacious with its own full bathroom and tile in each. Bamboo and brick ceilings are plentiful throughout the home. Casa Colonil is is perfect for Large groups and family get togethers.
