There are beds for 15 people and also a plush carpeted 22' x 20' conference room that can be used as a dormer for up to 25 'campers' in sleeping bags. The house boasts a large living space with 2 story vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace (propane gas), covered front and back porches and also an expansive back deck with hot tub that overlooks a beautiful wooded setting. The master bed room has a Queen size bed, one bed room with a full size bottom bunk and a twin bunk over top and a set of twin bunks. Another bed room has two set of twin bunks. The Living room has two full size sofa beds.
