Charming cape cod. Close to beaches, quaint town & restaurants. Private yard

My family stayed at this rental property for our annual Cape Cod visit this year, and we were overly satisfied with what they had to offer and very pleased with our stay overall. Compared to other Chatham rentals this house offered a lot of space, there were several upgrades, and I was surprised by how many items the owner provides to renters (everything you would need or want in a kitchen – from mixing a quick cocktail to cooking an elaborate dinner, coolers, a grill, beach chairs, bikes, towels and linens… there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there.) I also enjoyed the private, well landscaped backyard and sitting area. The location was great – very close to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The rental process was made easy, the house itself made for a great vacation and I would absolutely stay again! Also, the town and area itself is wonderful – we’ve been coming to this area for several years and I’m happy to have found this house for my family to stay and make the experience that much better.
