Newly refurbished this three plus bedroom four bath home is located on a lovely historic street in the picturesque village of Rockport less than one block from Front Beach, and within walking distance to the many shops, restaurants and galleries and train to Boston and Salem. The house is conveniently set up with a kitchenette and full bath in every room, sleeping up to 10 comfortably. And each guest room is airconditioned! Ideal for larger family groups or friends that vacation together, there is plenty of off street parking and the house has views of the lovely Millbrook Meadow Park as well as some views of the water from the second floor. One bedroom has a new queen pullout sofa so it doubles as a living area for the house. Off of this room is a lovely screen porch which is perfect for group dining. Add to this the wraparound farmer's porch which is a heavenly place to sit and relax and watch the happy Rockport vacationers stroll by. This property rents Friday to Friday.

Laundry facilities are now available at this property! Off season nightly, weekly, and monthly rates available (3 night minimum). Ask your realtor for more information.
