4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps up to 10

Cathedral ceilings, upstairs loft with bay views that sleeps 4. Separate, downstairs nanny/grandparent sleeping quarters that has a full bathroom, washer dryer and kitchenette. Main floor, queen size bed guest bedroom and master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with hot tub and washer/dryer. Outdoor warm water shower.

There is a picnic table and gas grill on the private front patio and a new deck in the back that leads all the way down to two boats slips (2 person kayak available for use). Inside, there is a spacious living room with cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, comfy couches and a gas burning fireplace. Cable/TV and wireless Internet are included (42 inch flat screen TV). Full equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Central air and vacuum, bulkhead, beach rights with direct access to bay.
