Our company Cru2001.com offers 10 stylish and super central flats in Barcelona. This is a modern open plan loft of 50m2 located in the trendy Borne district, on the pedestrian and quiet street near Santa Maria del Mar, walking distance to Ramblas and Barceloneta beach. This elegant self-catering apartment can host up to 5 guests. It has an exterior balcony, free internet connection and elevator. On the main floor there is a double bed situated behind the closet, the sofa-bed, living room and fully equipped kitchen. On the mezzanine there are two single beds (futons). Sleep up to 5 guests. Here you will find all the comfort needed during vacations or work in Barcelona, complete with A/C, washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, hair-dryer, bed linens and towels and a smart TV. Modern bathroom with tub/shower. The location is great, walking distance to main tourist attractions, beach, Ramblas, the beach, Museums and shopping areas.

This was in the most amazing location - with little shops, tapas bars and the wonderful historic centre literally on the doorstep. The apartment was stylish and very comfortable.

We loved the location. Really couldn't ask to be better located for getting around the city, from walking to the beach to going for strolls around El Born, the Gottic area and Las Ramblas. There was also so much life around the streets near the apartment, for taking a coffee, grabbing a pincho or tapas or having a cerveza/mojito/caprainhia!

Great little apartment

Great little apartment which well suited our needs. Location is amazing - perfect for exploring the city, close to the marina, surrounded by great bars and tapas restaurants. I found the bed comfortable. Little to no street noise, which was great after the late nights.

El apartamento es original y característico. La ubicación en una de las calles más bonitas del Born. Trato cortés y profesional de la persona que gestionó reserva y check in.
