This Emerald Isle true penthouse unit is on the west end to ensure the best view of a Panama City Beach sunset. We have spacious rounded balconies making it easier to get a larger view of the beautiful emerald waters. All new black appliances are installed for the 2012 season, including convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as front load washer and dryer to make your clean up chores faster and easier for your family. Pictures coming soon! This unit comes with parking on the 3rd floor inside the building! No need to walk across Front Beach Road to get to the elevators! We have over 300 feet of private beach, and a summer of activities scheduled for children, including parent's night out! Security and Emerald Isle staff are onsite and on duty 24/7. All rules are enforced so that everyone's stay is safe and enjoyable!

Enjoy a 25% discount on parasailing, banana boat rides, and beach and umbrella rentals from our beachside vendor with your rental.

Pier Park is 1 mile east, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and rights and activities for the children.

Across the street is Mike's where you can get a great breakfast in the morning, or seafood in the afternoon and evening. Winn Dixie is 1/2 mile to the east, or enjoy local shopping at Carousel just a few miles west - a local favorite!

There are too many activities to list, but pamphlets are available on the property so you can find just the right one to fit your family's interests.

About Emerald Isle Vacations

We live in Bixby, Oklahoma, a suburb of Tulsa, where we are close to our children and grandchildren. We love the beach and fell in love with Panama City Beach when we came through in 2009. Owning this property and renting it to other families is part of our retirement planning and we are so happy to share our property with others.

We owned another condo just a couple of miles down Front Beach Road and sold it to purchase at Emerald Isle specically because of the management. Emerald Isle is the best managed property on the beach! We have a great manager that not only is a friend but looks out for all guests in the building. Our goal is to provide a great vacation destination for families that will return year after year. We want everyone to know that we are available to personally to make sure their vacation in our unit is as enjoyable as possible.

What makes this condo unique

Emerald Isle is right on the beach. Our unit is a penthouse, 23rd floor with the most beautiful views you'll ever see. We have 2 pools, a hot tub, and 10 feet from the pool, is a prestine white beach. Enjoy the beach anyway your family wants, including renting chairs at a discount, parasail, rent a waive rider, or just take in the sounds of a day at the beach.

Emerald Isle is on the beach, so everything you would expect is right out your back door. Beach chairs with umbrellas, parasailing, and tubes rides, are available from the vendors on our beach. Fishing trips can be scheduled from various vendors in the area. PCB has waterparks, Gulf World where you can interact with Dolphins and other sea life, and Pier Park for relaxing dining, shopping, and rides and activities for the children. All of this makes our Emerald Isle Condo the perfect location and Panama City Beach, FL the best way to enjoy your beach vacation.

Notes: Parking for this unit is inside the building on the 3rd floor, so there's no need to park across the street to get to the elevators! We have 2 large gulf front pools (one is indoor/outdoor) with lots of seating provided, as well as 300 feet of beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico. We have hot tubs and gas BBQ grills available for use on the pool deck.

Beautiful decor great location

This unit has stunning views from the top floor and The tropical decor inside is beautiful. The well equipped kitchen, in unit laundry and direct beach access made this condo perfect for our family vacation. We were so close to the grocery store and Pier Park is just a short drive. Our whole family had a wonderful time we will be back!

Gorgeous! Great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo! 5 of us stayed comfortably for 8 nights and we did not want to return home. Our view was gorgeous. The beach is located just a short walk outside the elevator doors. Also just within walking distance are local eateries and watering holes. The 2 pools and hot tub were fabulous. Oh and the gym equipment actually worked! A running trail is also available right outside the condo. Friendly staff. The kitchen accommodated us with all the essentials. Washer & dryer in the condo. We definitely plan to go back!

The real deal

I am a little late in doing posting this but better late than never. We had a wonderful time in Panama City and the Condo was just great. The view was everything we could have hoped for. The condo was in great condition. No let down of any kind. The staff is something to be proud of. We would see them working in the morning and well after dark to make sure everything is in top shape. I admire hard worker and the folks that maintain the property work very hard. We had just a one issue and that was with the Wi-Fi and the staff was very helpful and we got it corrected. We plan to go back. It's not cheap and it shows. Parking is tight but a small car will have no problem. Parking in the building was nice. The pools are not large but they do just fine. I went for the ocean not the pool. The owner was very easy to deal with and I look forward to renting again.
