Large living space including living room, formal dining room w/gas fireplace, eat-in kitchen, and family room. Free basic cable t.v., high-speed internet access and central air-conditioning. Enjoy the lake views while you dine on the patio, and at night, roast marshmallows around the fire pit while lounging in your own personal outdoor living area. Enjoy the spacious wrap around porch, large backyard, and private dock space. Kayaks available on request. Short walk to the downtown area, where you will find restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, and shopping. Golf course and minature golf are a short drive away. No pets, no smoking.
