Great place and family friendly

We stayed here for a family reunion in honor of my parents' 50th anniversary. We had a total of 25 people ranging in age from 10 months to 74 years old and it accomodated all of us comfortably. We were able to park 6 cars on the premises, including 2 large SUV's, which would not be possible at most other rental properties in the area. The location is steps from the beach with great ocean views as advertised. The interior was up to date, well maintained and comfortable. The kitchens had everything we needed to cook for our large group. We also enjoyed the outdoor grills. Having a washer and dryer in each unit was a great plus. The bikes and boogie boards were great additions as well. The location is quiet, but within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants, as well as Ralph's grocery store. The owners, Hans and Bonnie, and the rental agency, Bill Luther Realty were great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property for a large family or group desiring a fun and relaxing vacation on the beach.
