Located in one of the most sought after locations in the East Cowes area. Within easy walking distance to Lovers Walk beach (short stroll 2 mins), the golf course (has its own gate onto the golf course), and Cowes CBD. Situated in a quiet court location making it a peaceful environment.

Featuring Outdoor Large 12 seater outdoor Spa bath, 2 living areas one with large LCD TV's, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Can sleep up to 12 guests. Polished floor boards, reverse cylce airconditioning aswell. Open plan modern kitchen with walk-in pantry. Extensive outdoor alfresco area with BBQ, outdoor lounge suite and dining table and chairs. Plus another decked area at front of house also with a lounge to enjoy the Morning sun. This is all set on a large well treed fully fenced and secure yard. A great Place to relax and enjoy a well deserved break.

Bedding Consists of

3 Queen beds and 2 sets of good size bunk beds. Plus 2 more single beds also. sleeps 12.

Nice property but needs some maintenance

The property was good value for money. The outdoor area was great which was utilised very well.

The property does need maintenance such as the bathroom door getting stuck on the tiles. The house appears to have dropped. Bedrooms good size and kitchen very well equiped. Not all hot plates working on stovetop or BBQ on our stay but this wasn't a great concern to us but could be to other guests.

House presented well but needs a good spring clean. Lots of cobwebs down side of fridge.

The ensuite is in the children's bedroom which was a bit strange as I had presumed it would of been in main bedroom.

The property is very central walking distance to street and beach.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. I was not aware of the maintenance issues at the property with the shower door, hot plates and BBQ. Will have these repaired immediately. And will also have the property spring cleaned. We try our best to ensure the property is presented in a well maintained and clean standard at all times. This property has every thing you need to make a fantastic holiday, and that is what our family had close to shops and a stroll to the beach in a great location.We will be going back again to have another magnificent time than you.

Simply Amazing

3 Families spent the Christmas period living in luxury. This is such a great property! Great location, close to the main strip of shops, beach and only minutes drive to all Philip Island/Cowes activities for families. Very kid friendly & based in a quiet area. Great house, great setup, great location!

This property has everything you need for a great family holiday. Three families consisting of 6 adults and 4 kids (one being an infant) all stayed together with plenty of room for everyone. The 12 seater spa was a hit, especially with the kids, outdoor area was great for relaxing and it was an easy stroll to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay there again too. The owner was very friendly and helpful and came midway through our stay to clean spa and blow away leaves.

Holiday house with the lot!

Stayed for 2 nights over a long weekend. Location is good - not right in the heart of Cowes but an easy walking distance to town and 2 minutes from beach. The house was clean, spacious and exceeded its description in the listing. A lot of thought has gone into providing just about everything that a holidaying family/s might require - right down to baby bibs and baby cups !

Jane the owner was extremely helpful in ensuring that our stay in the house was enjoyable .

Would definitely go back again and would recommend to others.

Probably wouldnt stay again.

i thought the property was suitable for our needs but there were a few problems to begin with. The bbq was filthy and the bbq bottle was empty. We rang and the bottle was replaced but we had to clean the bbq before we could use it. There were wet and dirty towels from the last guests in the laundry cupboard which we washed and dried because there wasnt enough linen for our use. I did think that for the price we paid there should have been more consumables. We ran out of dish washing pellets and had to buy more. There was no spare toilet paper. The two smaller bedrooms had no hanging space for clothes. The bbq area wasnt clean. There was no clothes line to hang towels, clothes etc so we bought rope and strung it across the back area to be able to hang out our washing.

Owner's Response: I am really disappointed to receive this criticism against my property. This is the only criticism made against our property and it has been let regularly since November. Usually we get nothing but great feedback from past guests. It is unreasonable in my view with one glaring exception. To respond to each point: A new gas bottle was delivered within ten minutes of notification that the bbq was out of gas. The bbq and outdoor area had been cleaned, although leaves had obviously dropped since cleaning following a storm. I agree that it was totally unacceptable that wet towels placed by previous guests inside a cupboard were overlooked by the cleaners of the property, and I apologise for this fact. Had I been contacted, would have immediately picked them up and given extra towels if required and requested. I always endeavour to act promptly, whatever the request or issue may be. Standard consumables were supplied. The property is not advertised as a serviced apartment, but as a holiday home for rent, with consumables beyond the first few days the responsibility of guests. In this case, plenty of cleaning products and toilet paper had been left. Linen and towels were supplied, which is not usually standard practise, however, I offered to supply them in this instance. There is no clothes line, but a drier and good quality clothes rack are in place. It was a real shame that you felt disappointed with your stay as we strive to ensure a quality experience for everyone who comes through our doors.
