This was our first experience staying at a vacation rental and I must say that it exceeded our expectations. The home was as pictured and more, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay at this home again if in the area. It was very close to everything we wanted to do (universal studios, hollywood blvd. fashion disrict and rodeo drive). There was a wonderful gift basket and welcome note from the ownner on the dinning room table table that was very welcoming. We booked this reservation last minute and I was very happy with the service we received. Thank you soooo much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great Holiday

Lovely home located in Hollywood Hills convenient to Hollywood, Universal Studios, and Warner Brother. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was well stocked with everything we needed. It was pretty cold during our stay so we loved the cast iron fireplace to warm us up quickly. It was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and the comforters were soft and warm. The view at night of the city was super and we got to view fireworks on New Years Eve from Universal. The owners were great and went out of their way to help us with a problem outside due to the rain. They couldn't have been nicer. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this house.

Beautiful, fantastic house which was really well stocked (towels, laundry powder, soap, coffee etc). Lovely linen on beds which were really comfortable.

Owners were extremely helpful and more than happy to provide excellent recommendations for things to do within the local area. The frequent mentions of the potential to lose our deposit however was a little off-putting!

Would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in the hollywood hills

I stayed for one month in the house, and since I had difficulties to find a good housing in LA before, I was very happy to stay in the Hollywood Hills in this house, where I could work, sleep well in a quiet environment and relax in a cosy place.
The owners was really nice and helpful, as the housekeeper !
The house is furnished and organized not as if it was only intended to be rented, for instance the beds are really comfortable, everything is thought so we can feel at home.
I could feel that every detail has been thought about !
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful property. Thorough and attentive owners. Highly recommended with one provision: your party should include a fairly confident driver. The Hollywood Hills area is a challenging place to drive, and this property's driveway would be difficult in a vehicle wider than a Nissan Altima.

Yes, Hollywood Hills and the driveways in it are a bit of a challenge, and we make a point of telling all guests that in the first email to them. I just want to let other prospective guests know that there is unlimited parking in front of the house on the street, and that I myself drove a Mercury Grand Marquis up and down the driveway for years. It is tight, but doable.
