THE LIVING AREA...
The aforementioned living room is truly big enough for the whole family. The only disagreement will be what to watch on that huge TV. With the deeply vaulted ceiling, the open plan design is truly dramatic, and perfect for a big family party. The dining table will seat up to ten in a pinch, and there’s more seating at the kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen will be a delight for the most demanding chef (and his or her many assistants!).
THE POOL & COURTYARD...
There are at least four separate seating areas to choose from: The dining area under the palm tree, perfect for those breezy tropical nights… The pool chaises around the pool, for the sun worshippers… The cabana-style daybed, for those who want to be by themselves… And the pavilion, for those who prefer the shade.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS....
On the first floor, you’ll find the first bedroom, one of two Master Suites, with a king bed and a large flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a custom shower with multiple showerheads and body sprays (very stimulating). The second bedroom is also on the first floor, with a queen bed and flat screen TV. There is a full bathroom across the hall. On the second floor, you’ll find the third bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second of the two Master Suites is also on this level, with a king bed, large flat screen TV, spacious private balcony and en-suite bathroom with another large shower. The third floor is like a cozy Parisian garret (but with tropical overtones). There are two bedrooms up here, with a Jack & Jill bathroom in between. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV’s. There are a total of four beds (3 twins and a full-sized futon) in these two bedrooms.

Central Heat and AC, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Heated Pool (with Chiller for Summer Months), Private gated & lushly landscaped yard with BBQ Grill, Washer/Dryer, 60 inch LED Flat Screen TV in living room, Flat Screen TV's in all bedrooms, Expanded Cable TV throughout, DVD Players, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Full Gourmet Appointed Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Daily or weekly housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access, private off-street parking with room for multiple cars and trailer. This property will accommodate up to 14 persons.
