Location, Location!!! when going on a vacation location to activies are paramount especially when you have children travelling with you. The house is ver close to practical all the activies and strip in Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge area, my family and I spent 5 days and it was awesome. Our kids love the fact they had seperate living quarters apart from the adults and being able to play the xbox games and shoot pool as much as they want and not disturbing the adults.
The house view was excellent overlooking the surrounding hills.
We recommend this place hands down, and will book it again when we are in the area.

Mountain House

I loved the property. The only thing that needed to be more visible was the address. I didn't see the sign for Mountain house until driving by it several times. The number portion of the address needs to be larger. This worked perfectly for my family. We would have liked televisions in each room but we worked that out as well. The property was very clean and fit our family perfectly. I would come back here. It was close enough to the strip for us to get in and out. The attractions were nearby as was a grocery store. Nice location. Driveway is very steep but we made it up and down without any issues.

Girls Weekend Shopping Trip

Every year, a group of girlfriends take a few days and head to Gatlinburg to do some serious Christmas shopping. We had the priviledge of staying in a location this past fall where we were just minutes away from awesome restaurants and all the shopping we could handle. We literally "shopped 'til we dropped". The beauty of it all was that when we returned home in the evening, we felt like we were returning to a "peaceful haven" for rest. The accomodations were great and all five of us had our own private bedroom. The great room was relaxing and roomy and we would enjoy our "winddown" time at night and then we loved our mornings of just sitting and drinking coffee before starting our next shopping trip. We found everything we needed and the surroundings were very private and peaceful. I would HIGHLY recommend this property for a weekend get-a-way, a family reunion or just a week for vacation. We plan to return again and look forward to feeling "at home" when we are "away from home". Thanks guys for making everything so comfy!

amazing cabin

The mountain house is amazing. It feels like home, and there is plenty of room for everything and eveyone. The beds are comfy and the pool table is a lot of fun. The cabin also has a wheelchair ramp for anyone who needs it and is close to all the main attractions. The owners are very nice and seem to be very good people all in all everything is good and if i go back to pigeon forge i would love to stay in this cabin again!

Home Away from Home

My family loves staying here! From the comfy beds to the fun game room downstairs, we never want to leave. There is plenty of room for the kids to play, and 2 fully equipped kitchens for cooking. We like our privacy, so the secluded location is perfect. It is about 5 min from the main drag in Pigeon Forge and not far from the National Park. This is the perfect location for anyone! Loved staying here! We will be back as often as possible!
