After a long day or night you’ll enjoy relaxing in the comfort of a beautiful London home. Make the most of the wide selection of DVD collections and books that you’re welcome to enjoy as well as Wi-Fi, a large LCD television and iPod music system.

There is a comfortable and easy to use king size sofa bed in the front room and a comfortable double bed in the main bedroom. Clean blankets, pillows, sheets, towels and linen are provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There are two bathrooms including one en suite.

The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the utensils and cutlery you will need to make the most of dining in after a long day site seeing. You are guaranteed a good night sleep in this apartment.

Once a reservation has been made I will contact you with all the information you will need to check in, including maps and contact numbers. On your day of arrival either a member of my team or myself will be there to welcome you on with the keys and some recommendations on things to do in the area. If you have any questions please feel free to ask, I will be happy to help!

Arrival and departure:

You are welcome to arrive at anytime of day or night and a member of our team will always be there to welcome you at the apartment when you arrive. Check in is free between 2:30pm and 7pm. There is a fee of £30 for early arrivals (from 10:30am to 2:30pm) and a late check in fee of £40 for arrivals past 7pm, £60 past 11:30pm and £100 past 1am. Where possible we will do out best to accommodate your travel plans.

Check out is free before or until 10am however, subject to availability you are welcome to keep the apartment until 2pm for a late check out fee of £40. This must be arranged with us in advance. If you would like to keep the apartment later than this, talk to us and we'll do our best to help! :)

About Clive

I'm a trained carpenter and run my own business. I've travelled a lot myself, mainly in Europe, Asia and the Americas. I've also lived and worked in Rio De Janeiro, Barcelona and Paris where I learnt to speak Spanish, Portuguese and French. I still like to travel and greatly enjoy meeting people from all over the world who come to stay in one of my apartments.

I aim to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. If you have any special requirements then please just ask!

I am from London and can give advice on any part of city life and what there is to see here in this fantastic capital city.

I recently spent a week staying at this apartment and was very impressed. Its clear that a lot of effort has gone into making the apartment feel welcoming and the furnishings and layout work very well. It's a good size and as has been mentioned, surprisingly peaceful considering that it's so central.



The location itself is very convenient. It's just a few minutes walk to London Bridge station though if you have the time, a walk along the Thames right down to London's West End is well worth it - it's a fantastic walk!



Overall I thoroughly recommend this apartment and will certainly be re-booking in the future.

Séjour merveilleux a recommander vivement....

Petit appartement très bien situé: à deux pas des bus, métro et Tower Bridge. Fonctionnel, spacieux, lumineux et très bien décoré. Tout le confort s'y trouve. Lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, four, micro ondes..... Dans un petit square sécurisé car fermé avec portillons électroniques. Idéal pour 4 adulte et deux enfants maximum. Un Tesco supermarché se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pieds du logement. Ouvert jusqu'à 23h la semaine. Personnel nous accueillant charmant. Très bon contact avec Clive avant notre arrivée. Répond rapidement aux mails et avec grande gentillesse. Nous avons adoré ce séjour et nous comptons bien revenir une prochaine fois dans le même appartement. Je le recommande à tous.

very convenient

The flat was clean, thanks to Anna. Bermondsey station is really near (less than 10 mn walk), and there's a Tesco on the way. We had no problem to buy food and cook for our 3 children. And Clive has been very helpfull to provide informations, and solve an issue on Homeaway site.

Affordable Flat and an Excellent Location

We are an American family of six (two adults and four children ranging in age from 13 to 9). This was our first visit to London as a family, spending a week soaking in the sites and experiences, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Part of the charm of our stay was this pleasant flat situated just a short walk from the south bank of the Thames and Tower Bridge. We found the flat quiet and restful, a great place to return to after a busy day.

The area surrounding the flat is largely residential, with restaurants and shops a few blocks away, including a Tesco grocery store, and a number of restaurants along the Thames. There is a pedestrian bridge that crosses the water from Mill Street over to Butler's Wharf that gives very quick access to the shops and restaurants there. To find it, you have to enter an enclosed parking area along Mill Street - it feels like you're trespassing to find the opening among the buildings, but you'll find it is a common and convenient thoroughfare. In the opposite direction, the walk to the Bermondsey underground station took less than ten minutes.

Although a bit small for six, the flat was cozy and comfortable, and well-equipped with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, and the sleeping accommodations in the living room were more than sufficient for our kids. Having a half bathroom (no shower) in addition to the full bathroom was an added convenience. The Internet connection was acceptable for normal browsing and email. We did feel the flat could stand a bit of minor maintenance - a number of burned-out light bulbs, a very sticky front door, and a periodically noisy water heater that awakened us one night. But otherwise the flat was modern and clean and perfect for our needs.

This being our first visit to London, we had done a lot of research on accommodations and had read a lot of rental horror stories. Clive and his staff were very patient with us as we peppered them with questions prior to making our reservation. And they proved to be honest and reliable. Our fears were completely unfounded.

If you are trying to decide whether this is the flat you should rent during your stay in London, and you are willing to trade a bit of proximity and convenience to gain a reasonable rate, then I heartily recommend this flat. If you are concerned about whether Clive's company is above board, hospitable and reliable, I can assure you they are. We would gladly rent this unit again.

The position is very good and you can reach the centre of London in few minutes.

Très belle location.

Appartement confortarbale et très bien situé, cadre très agréable et à deux pas du centre de Londres. Quartier rénové magnifique. Accueil impeccable et souriant. Equipement très suffisant, et des adaptateurs électriques en nombre, ce qui est appréciable. Petit bémol: l'appartement est prévu pour 5 couchages possibles, mais coucher trois enfants dans le salon trop contraignant. Cela dit, linge de lit et de toilette en suffisance et impeccable.

Great place for visiting London!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment while visiting London. We were 5 people, 3 adults and 2 teens. The place was a little cramped, but everyone had enough room to sleep and get ready in the morning. The place was clean and Danielle was there to meet us and show us around. She was very kind and was able to provide good information to us. The apartment was about a 10 minute walk to Tower Bridge, and another 5 minutes to the London Bridge Subway, which will get you anywhere. We solely used the underground to get everywhere. There were markets about 5 minutes away, in either direction, so we shopped and ate breakfast at home. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, utensils, and some basics. We did not need anything additional (except for refrigerated stuff and more coffee). There was no noise around the apartment, and hardly any traffic. We felt like we had found a great gem of an apartment! We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is also ideally located for the 02 Arena, Greenwich which is only two stations away on the Jubilee Line.

Across the river Thames you can easily walk to Liverpool Street, Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Old Street where you’ll find London’s Art and Media district.

Shad Thames is also within moments from the front door. With its many bars, restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and museums.
