Perched atop the bluffs of Lake Michigan’s pristine coastline awaits this striking 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with highlights including amazing lake views and 230 ft. of private sandy beach for large groups of friends and family to enjoy.

Extremely comfortable and full of warmth and natural light, the interior contains plenty of space for everyone to gather or simply relax in their own space for some much needed “vacation downtime.' Gather in the open living room where vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights allow gorgeous lake views. Relax around the Fireplace or take the fun outside onto the spacious deck. An upper level loft provides the perfect space to take in the views while reading a book. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the lower level family room that includes a Ping Pong table!

The kitchen is currently undergoing a beautiful remodel. Once it is done, you’ll be able to cook together and dine in the dining room with seating for 14! (More Photos Coming Soon!)

With bedding spread out over 3 floors, everyone will enjoy their own privacy and space. There is a main level Master Suite with a King bed and Fireplace with an attached bath with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. Two bedrooms on the upper level contain Queen beds and share a bathroom. The lower level contains 2 bedrooms: a Bunk Room with a Twin Bunk and a Twin over a Full Bunk and a room with a Full bed; combined with the lower level family room, this makes the perfect kid’s space!

Surrounded by lush greenery and towering trees on all sides, Lake Perch is situated in an expansive and picturesque yard with a Gated Entrance that stretches all the way to the lakefront. A garden-like atmosphere, a Basketball Court and a slowly meandering path (No Stairs!) leading right down to your private beach make this the perfect spot for outdoor summer bliss! Seat yourselves at the edge of the bluff in the Adirondack chairs to unwind after an eventful day and take in the beautiful Lake Michigan sunsets.

Located just 10 minutes south of Saugatuck along Lakeshore Drive, you are conveniently located to area activities and both downtown Douglas and Saugatuck for dining, shopping and galleries!

We loved Lake Perch! We only saw pictures of the home on the website when we selected it. In person, it is even nicer than the pictures show it. The house is a nice roomy size for families but the backyard and private beach were the big winners for our family. Just a lovely setting for a summer vacation. And the Lakeshore Lodging staff were very helpful and very nice to work with.

Very comfortable home that accommodated our family plus two other families. Great for kids of all ages. The property is beautiful with great views of Lake Michigan. We are planning our stay for next year already.
