The house has approx. 200 m2 of floor area in condominium by the sea, with 24 hour doorman, private parking spot for up to 4 cars, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 suite, 3 bathrooms, living room and dining room with TV and LCD tv Subscription (Sky), kitchen, laundry area, all rooms complete with furniture. Maximum allowed 12 people (children and adults). The comfort and security of an apartment with the pleasure of a beach house!

A 35 km from Recife - The Venice of Brazil, and only 15 km from the city Historical and Cultural Heritage of Humanity - Olinda, Maria Farinha the beach has calm waters, shallow and clear, perfect for water sports such as windsurfing, kayaking, diving and jet skiing. Situated between the Timbo River and the sea, white sand beach and fluffy spans 4km, surrounded by coconut trees and mangroves. At low tide, boating lead to caravels - small sandbars and gravel forming natural pools filled with colorful fish. Another attraction is the Venice Water Park with slides and pools that are the delight of the children. Maria Farinha belongs to the district of Paulista. Besides the famous beach region has other attractions like the beaches of Janga - which is just after Olinda - Pau Yellow, and Our Lady of the Conception O. For those who enjoy historical tours, worth knowing the little churches of Our Lady of O and Our Lady of the Conception of Miracles, besides Pau Yellow Fort, built in the 18th century.
