We purchased our town home in Dec of 2009, and has all new everything.
The 2 story living room is furnished with luxury furnishings and a has a 47' TV with a DVD player, a large window overlooks a pond with little ducks and a fountain that lights up at night. The dining area has plenty of seating plus 2 more chairs at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, tile floors, corian countertops and all the amenities you would find at home. Plus a desk area with Wi-Fi high speed internet.
The master en-suite is located on the main level with King bed, beautiful views of the golf course, comfortable bedding, and 27' flat screen TV w/DVD player. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor- The queen bedroom offers its own full bath and 19' flat screen TV, and the twin bedroom with 2 twin beds offers white furnishing and 19' flat screen TV and is decorated with the children in mind. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the loft, which includes a twin sleeper chair and is decorated in golf motiff.
The laundry is located on the main floor with full size washer and dryer.
The screened in porch has a great view of the the 9th hole of the Norman Course and is comfortably furnished to enjoy quiet relaxing evenings. Plus a personal stainless steel gas grill( No sharing with neighbors) for having cookouts. This you will not find in the high rise units or multi-unit condos. The garage is available for your use to unload golf clubs, or you can use either of the 2 sets we have for your use. Linens and towels are available, a few beach towels and a beach bag are available as well.

My Husband, son and I live in Illinois. My husband loves to golf and has always wanted to purchase a property on a golf course. It was a great time to buy a vacation home, and decided to take the plunge. We look forward to having family and friends join us for many good times and great memories. We wish the same for any one who rents our property to have as many good memories as we hope to have.

We chose a place in Barefoot because of all the amenities it has to offer. It is only a mile to Barefoot landing, spas, restaurants. Plus it is only 1-2 miles from the beach and 20 minutes from the airport. Yet when it is time to relax you are within minutes of home. My husband loves it because of the 4 Championship golf courses surrounding him.
We love all the activities and shows in the area. Plus the large salt water pool located at the High Rise of Barefoot. The convenience of the bus shuttle located within 1 minute walk of our front door takes you to the Beach.(SEASONAL)
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME, POOL, BEACH,SHOPPING, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING WAS SUPPLIED IN THE TOWNHOME, EVEN A GAS GRILL, LOVED THE LANAI OVERLOOKING THE NORMAN COURSE.THE BEST PLACE WE EVER STAYED. CANT WAIT TO COME BACK
