This newly built apartment benefits from a modern kitchen complete with every appliance you could wish for to include built in microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine finished off with top quality worktops. The lounge is light and airy with stunning views over Marbella and across the blue Mediterranean. It is furnished with a cream leather suite one of sofas also converts to a comfortable double bed allowing this large versatile property to sleep up to eight. As this were not enough included is a flat screen t/v combined with satellite system. There are three double bedrooms, 2 of which are made up as twins with the master being a double, there is a walk in dressing room and an extensive marbled bathroom. There is an additional bathroom fully equipped along with a separate WC situated off the lounge. There are numerous pools with the main pool area having an additional child’s swimming pool and community sun loungers. To make the most of this property we strongly recommend a car.
