This modern villa has been well planned and tastefully furnished by its owners. It is ideally situated in the quiet development of Masos de Pals, about 3kms from Pals beach and 2kms from Pals medieval village. There is a supermarket, croissanterie and pharmacy all within a 10 minute walk of the Villa. The property has been built in a comfortable and attractive manner making full use of the distant views and surrounding countryside.

Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds, full bathroom, washing machine, combined Lounge/dining room with terrace doors leading to the shaded terrace, pool and garden with barbecue, satellite television, well fitted open plan kitchen with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

1st Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large sun terrace with sea views.

    Not included: For 2013 the Catalan government is introducing a tourist tax. It is 0.50 cents for each adult (over 16 years of age) per day to a maximum of 7 days. If your stay is 7 days or longer the maximum charge will be 3.50 per adult. This can be paid on arrival or included in your final payment.
  • Prices: Our policy is to keep pricing simple and comprehensive. All our rental prices are per property per week (not per person) to accommodate up to the number shown on the property details. There are no under occupancy charges if only a smaller number of people use the property. Properties will be cleaned for your arrival and on your departure. If your stay is longer than 10 days, there will be a clean at the end of each week which is included in the price. If linen and towels are included (as part of the price or as an optional extra) these will also be changed at the end of each week. With some properties it may be possible to accommodate additional guests, in excess of the number shown, for this there is an additional charge for the bed, (bed linen and towels if applicable) on a weekly basis.

We stayed in this villa in June 2008 and it is wonderful, the description of the villa is accurate, It was very clean and tidy. The service was excellent, as one day the pool pump went wrong and the water was pumping out from the pool - panic set in as it was 30 degrees and we thoguht we were going to be without a pool for the next week - within an hour someone was out fixing it, next day they came back and repaired it fully! We love the area of Pals, we have been to the area for the past 7 years. The best beach in the area is Aguiablava - although a 20 minute drive it is well worth it, but gets very crowded at weekends. The Mas Bleu retsurant on the beach at Pals is lovely, the staff are very friendly and the food is good. Can't wait to back in Pals - thsi year!
