This precious little 1920s cabin is on Woods Pond, located just a few minutes drive from downtown Blue Hill. Renovations are underway maiden rental season, and new couch and other sprucing up will occur beforehand. A sunroom has been added, as well as expansion of the bathroom. However, plans are to keep its rustic charm. It truly is an adorable place that exudes warmth and coziness. An open living and kitchen overlook the fireplace, with large opening to dining area with views out to lake. A small bedroom w/ full bed has built in nooks, and also looks out to the lake. The cabin is fronted by a small deck area, and a wharf provides for easy access to the lake. The lake setting is beautiful, looking out to rocky ledges, and out to picturesque Blue Hill Mountain. Bottled drinking water recommended. 2. The property just to the right of Gray Rock Cabin is the owners workshop for rebuilding & repairing compasses - it is seldom used during the rental season. But should you happen to meet the owner, he is a delight!)
