Lovingly restored, the home retains its original tin ceilings, flooring and decorative trim and moldings. Nostalgic period wall paper is used throughout. The piano, which was brought over on a ship when the house was built has been in the same spot for 100 years.The home sits on 150 acres of fields and coastal Maine forests with many hiking trails, one of which leads to Snake Pond; perfect for kayaking. Within walking distance to the ocean side village of Brooksville, the marina, store, shops and restaurants. A very nice place for a family gathering.

The four bedrooms have a combination of two full beds, two twins and then one twin and another full size bed.
