This secluded three acre property sits on the edge of Woods Pond, yet just a short drive to the charming village of downtown Blue Hill. Enjoy 300 feet of pristine waterfront with your own swimming dock. The Pond House has an open and airy feel, with an exquisite view of Woods Pond. The home exudes casual elegance and warmth. The main floor includes foyer, spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom (w/ master bath) and added bedroom w/ two twins & exercise area (in former garage). There is also a full bathroom & laundry room on the main floor. The lower floor is a large space, with den, rec area/game room, a small kitchenette, a full bath and two bedrooms. The lower floor has walk-out access to the pond-side of the house and lower yard. There is boat access and a dock available for use in the summer. Your well behaved dog is welcome. This is a wonderful vacation spot.

Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV/VCR, DVD, foose ball, games and wet bar. Floating wharf, boat launch, deck and screened in porch, Kayaks are available with the signing of a release.
