The Sunshine House is a 20 acre peninsula estate surrounded by 1500 ft of shorefrontage. It is comprised of a large open lodge, along with four individual cottages connected by decking or short path. The arrangement allows for versatility and privacy, with groups being able to separate at night for privacy, but come together by day for togetherness. The views and setting are unbeatable - rocky shoreline, ample beach, clam cove, woods and more. There is also nearby Big Coombs Island, another place to venture and explore its 25 acreas (rental kayaks available for delivery at several area establishment - perfect for this ideal kayaking location). There are two moorings available, as well as dock w/ specially built platform for easy kayak launching. This amazing property is perfect for a group of 8-10 people and an especially wonderful place for children. It is located at the end to the Sunshine Road near Haystack Art School. Sorry - absolutely no pets.

Internet, satellite, TV/DVD, CD, good cell phone service, washer & dryer, dock, 2 moorings. Two large 6 ft outdoor eating tables w/ bench seating. 10 adirondack chairs, directors chairs - ample outdoor seating. Great mobile service.
