Mediterranean Style Retreat directly over looking the Intracoastal Waterway. Watch jet ski's, speed boats, yachts, and fascinating barges while relaxing at the pool or on the balcony. The Residents Club with it's large Gathering room, lg. Flat Screen T V, Kitchenette, Fireplace, and Fitness Center, is included in the Guest Package. A large Veranda with beautiful tables and chairs, over looking the pool is a great place for relaxing and enjoying the out doors. There are three gas grills and plenty of space for out door dining. Relax in the Hot Tub located near the sparking /clean pool. Rent a Jet Ski or Boat and take advantage of the Day Docks which are Exclusive to the Edgewater Community. The Condo buildings have Elevators which makes carrying your things easier and are Handicap Friendly. STREET SHOES IS THE MOST DAMAGING ENEMY TO CARPET. THEY TRACK IN RESIDUAL DIRT/SAND AND BREAK DOWN THE FIBERS AND CAUSE THE CARPET TO LOSE ITS RESILIENCE. OVER TIME, THE REPLACEMENT COST HAS TO BE PASSED ON TO THE CONSUMER. SOCKS OR FOOTIES ARE RECOMEMENDED. I APPRECIATE THE EFFORT ON THE PART OF ALL MY GUEST TO RESPECT MY PROPERTY AND TO TAKE CARE OF IT. MOST PEOPLE ARE GREAT. I THANK YOU! About Barbara Gore

I grew up in North Carolina but have lived in Little River, S. C. since September of 1970. I love the area and can't imagine living any where else. I enjoy decorating and cooking. Seafood is among some of my favorite foods, namely, Shrimp, fish, and fried scallops. I like to think that I make the best Fried-Fan-Tail Shrimp around! Lemon Pie with Fresh Whipped Topping, covered with soft flaked coconut is one of my favorite desserts. I have a daughter and two grand children. I recently got into the Rental Business in the summer of 2011. I had some of the best guest in the world! I hope to see them return this year! I am a Real Southern Girl but enjoy meeting people from all over. I would be honored for you to be my guest and enjoy the Southern Hospitality of South Caorlina.

It's about 6 miles to Carolina Opry. The House of Blues is located to the left of the Barefoot Resort Bridge after you turn off of 46TH Ave./Barefoot Resort Bridge Road. Barefoot Landing, boasting of it's Alabama Theater, Fine Restaurants, including Greg Norman's, Dick's, T-Bones, and others, along with many Specialty Shops, is just behind the House of Blues.The Cracker Barrel Restaurant is across the road on hwy. 17. Everything is here at you finger tips! Yes, a McDonald's is not far from the stop light at 46TH Ave. The Hard Rock Cafe is only about 10 miles S. on the Hwy. 17 By-Pass at Broadway At The Beach. This area is FULL of Restaurants and Shopping, including outlet stores. Ripley's Museum and a beautiful Aquarium are in Myrtle Beach, not far from Broadway At The Beach. Brochures of places of interest will be in the unit. A wide range of Charter Fishing Boats are available in the area. The Jungle Princess Cruise and Dinner Boat passes right by Edgewater several times a day. Casino Boats go out of Little River, app.12 miles North. Gas Stations, Ryan's Restaurant, Benjamen's, Olive Garden, Oscars' Bar & Grill, and others all within 2 mi. The Golden Corral Restaurant, Walmart, Colonial Mall, One of the Tanger Outlet Malls, Marshall's, Kirkland's, Ice Cream Shops, and lots of others are only 2 to 4 1/2 mi. Alligator Adventure is located at the stop light at 46Th Ave., where you'll turn onto Barefoot Resort Bridge Rd. Myrtle Beach has a wide variety of Attractions, making it an ideal place for golfing, fishing, and an array of family fun and entertainment! A FUN PLACE TO VISIT! Japanese, Chinese, Seafood & Others Restaurants are in the area. There's something here for everyone. Since this condo is already priced at Budget Rate, about the rate of a nice hotel room, I do no include some smaller items such as: Soaps/Shampoos, Laundry and Dish Detergents, Paper Towels, Garbage Bags, Plastic/Paper Plates, Plasic Forks and Spoons, Coffee and Teas. There is always (one) roll of toilet tissue in each bath room but you will need to purchase what you will need for the rest of you stay. Most guest go to the grocery store upon arrival and these items should be added to the shopping list just as if you were at home. If you wish to have these items in the unit and don't want to purchase them with your grocery list, please let me know and I will be glad to pick them up for you at the cost of the product.

I would highly recommend this condo for a vacation in North Myrtle Beach. The condo is clean and beautiful. The kitchen and living room is very spacious.
Location ! location ! location ! Five minutes to the ocean, shops, and resturants . The owner is accessible and very accomdating.

We will stay again at this lovely condo .

This condo is impeccably maintained! Everything is as described! We REALLY enjoyed our time here. You will not be disappointed!

We stayed for 4 nights, just after the 4th of July, and this spacious, beautiful condo was exactly what we needed to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The view from the balcony is amazing, the complex is EXTREMELY close to everything, and the price was good!

The owner was fantastic, and answered all of our questions immediately.

The condo was perfect for our extended family! It was incredibly clean, very spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and the perfect location. We loved the screened in porch overlooking the waterway and the quick access to the beach (5 minute drive). The owner was great to work with, very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I spent weeks researching and was so glad to find this place that exceeded my expectations (the pictures don't do it justice)!

Great beach weekend

I would highly recommend this condo for a vacation in North Myrtle Beach. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated, spacious three bedrooms, two baths, large kitchen and living room. The beds are comfortable -much nicer than your average rental.
