The dining room table seats 12 comfortably and past that is the living room. Large over stuffed couches and chairs surround the fireplace in as cozy a room as one could ask for. Just outside of the living room is the porch where you can sit in or out of the sun even on a rainy night. Enjoy the view and the humming birds that grace us with their presence every year. Up the steps is a sitting room and the entrances to four bedrooms. Up another flight is the attic which can sleep 4 children comfortably. Going down a flight from the living room you enter the office where the WiFi is located. Through the glass doors to the outside is the lawn, another sitting area and the wood for the fireplace. Next to the office is the laundry room and the Steinway upright. Next to that room is television Room, a lovely bathroom, and another bedroom. Outside of the TV room is the hot tub, which shares the view with the sun room. Stunning on a wintery night, but also lovely in the summer.

The lawn is encircled by the driveway that leads to the right up to the house and straight around to the garage. When one is up for a short walk in the woods, one can cross the driveway to the west and enter the woods on the path. You will walk past the tree house, through the Maples that will soon give way to mountain pines. Continuing on the path you will find the stream that is a watering place for local animals like deer and raccoon.

Returning home you may have worked up a sweat and you can walk back directly to the swimming pool The salt water is medicinal in many ways and no shower is needed after your swim.

In town, I'd recommend, Maggie's for breakfast, The Last Chance for lunch, and Pancho Villa's Mexican for Dinner. Curran's is available for fine dinning. Try the Tuscan Grill for excellent Italian and fresh lobster. Live music and a beautiful bar await you for after hours at Last Chance.

Attention to all teenagers, we are very pleased about your interest in our home, however we cannot rent it for after-proms and other such parties. Good luck in your search we're sure you'll find a place.
