Pet friendly bungalow with fenced in yard, room to park a boat, close to town, large back deck with outdoor grill and easy walk to everything. Rent a golf cart and leave your car at home you will be anywhere in town in minutes. This property is 'Marthas Vineyard' in Texas. White beadboard walls, mahogany floors, walk in glass block and tile shower, both bedrooms open up to back deck, open living, dining kitchen with granite countertops and glass tile backsplash. Very modern yet very beach cozy. There are 2 bedrooms one with a queen and the other with a double double bunk. Great price and all the ammenities.

Silver Sands Vacation rentals will do everything to ensure that all amenities are fully funtional, but in the event it is a third party repair, we cannot guarantee serivce will be provided during your stay. (i.e. internet, wifi, pool, hot tub, golf cart,etc...)

Come and live Island Style. We have it all from a community theater to a small local grocery store. Deep Sea Fishing charters, souvenier shops, ice cream parlor, swimming, parasailing, jet ski rentals, family oriented, drive on the beach. A great place to come and play!

Notes: Room to sleep 6 comfortably but can accomodate 8. We also have a pack and play for babies and a rollaway bed if necessary Paper Goods and Soaps are just for your basic check in. You will need to bring additional supplies for more than a one night stay. Silver Sands Vacation Rentals and the homeowners are not reponsible for third party vendors not fulfilling required repairs in a timely fashion. We will do everything in our power to get a problem fixed but cannot guarantee the use of third party amennities throughout your vacation. There will be a $500 deposit at booking. When you check out of the property within 24 hours we will inspect it and credit your card back the deposit less a $10 handling fee unless there is any damage at which time we will notify you of the damage and take it out of the deposit

The cottage had everything you need to cook and plenty of bath linens. There is now a huge deck with lots of comfortable furniture, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our dogs loved the yard and deck too. Very comfortable and quiet. Close to everything; quick drive to the beach. Some easy suggestions: a bigger trash can in the kitchen, a power strip for all the laptops, chargers, etc. and instructions for the TV with two remotes.
