Great location, great accommodations, great communication!

Another graduate student and I stayed in this two bedroom condo for a week late Feb-early March. The condo is located about a 10-15 min walk from campus where we spent most of our time working, and a 10 min walk to all of the major bus routes to take you either uptown or downtown depending on your interests. There is also a bus stop just a few blocks away on Lamar and 24th that takes you directly to the Whole Foods on 6th street making grocery buying a real breeze. Public tennis courts are just a few blocks south, with plenty of running trails across the river, only a few minutes away. I consider the condo a great distance to keep things quiet and still give you the flexibility to take advantage of Austin on your own terms.
The condo itself is a great place to stay. All of the appliances are great including the gas range and stove, the stacked washer and dryer and the dishwasher that makes cleaning up a simple task. The bathrooms are both very nice, and the bedrooms are extra large in my opinion with very comfortable beds. The walk in closets in each bedroom are a nice touch as well. We did not have a car to use the parking, but there were two parking tags ready for us on the counter as soon as we arrived.
Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very quick to reply to any question we had and made sure that our visit was one we enjoyed. I would highly recommend renting this, or any associated, condo for your stay in Austin!
