Why this property?
I grew up in the summers in Sand Hill Cove in the small cottage that was here. My Parents dream was to see the house in all of it's glory. In 2013 it will mark 50 years since the first house. It will also be the launching year of the new one. Help my son Pete and I errect and enjoy all of the future memories this beautiful house will offer.
We know the area, I chose to raise my son in Narragansett, we both went to URI and lived down the line. We also have the luxury to own another property in the Scarborough area. What that means for you is that we have the kinks out and hopefully have addressed everything a family might want or need in a vacation rental. And we are still looking for more feedback. Our goal is your best vacation!
