7 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, sleeps 14 plus

Join us as we transform our 50 year family cottage into a spectacular summer retreat. Ideal for student renters in the winter and family gatherings in the summer. The house will offer tremendous space and views. We begin construction now in the spring of 2012.

Review our plans and watch as the construction moves forward. Email us with any questions.We will not be building the garage until 2014.

Privacy, most rooms offer a suite like format , so while vacationing with your friends and family you still have privacy.

Why this property?

I grew up in the summers in Sand Hill Cove in the small cottage that was here. My Parents dream was to see the house in all of it's glory. In 2013 it will mark 50 years since the first house. It will also be the launching year of the new one. Help my son Pete and I errect and enjoy all of the future memories this beautiful house will offer.

We know the area, I chose to raise my son in Narragansett, we both went to URI and lived down the line. We also have the luxury to own another property in the Scarborough area. What that means for you is that we have the kinks out and hopefully have addressed everything a family might want or need in a vacation rental. And we are still looking for more feedback. Our goal is your best vacation!

Car: recommended

Narragansett has so much to offer. The Ocean State has many beaches to pic from . A 20 minute ride to Newport to capture the yachts. A 5 minute ride to take the block island ferry for the day. Safe, walking distance to the beach, not honky tonk .
