Enjoy a quality stay in this holiday apartment in Porto, located in its historic center classified World Heritage by UNESCO, 1 minute walking to Douro river. The apartment is on the 2nd floor rear of a well maintained historic building, which makes it very silent even in the most animated part of the city. The apartment was totally redesigned and recently renewed by an award winning architect. Fully equipped for 4 people, it is ideal for family and friends. The apartment has a double bedroom with space for a baby crib, living room, equipped kitchenette with sofa bed, dining table, TV, CD player, DVD player and Wireless Internet, washing machine, and other amenities. The apartment is a few minutes walking distance to Douro river, the Port Wine Cellars, restaurants, bars, tourist offices, transports and many places of interest. You can easily visit museums, theaters, churches and many other monuments without using the car. The beach is only 6km away with excellentent access.

  • • Check-in: 17h-20h / Check-out: 9h-11h. Outside this schedule, extra fees may apply;
    • Rates announced are for 2 guests; 10EUR/night for each additional guest (maximum of 4 guests, adults and children) and depend on the length of rental and the calendar season;
    • Charges (water, electricity, internet) are included in the price;
    • Bed/bath/kitchen linen for the contracted number of guests are included in the price;
    • Damage deposit: 150€ for 2 Nights, 300€ for 1 week stay. Cash;
    • Cleaning fee: 20€ for up to 1 week stay;
    • Reservations accepted up to 48h before arrival date against payment of 30% of the rental price;
    • The remaining balance is due up to 48 hours before arrival;
    • 10% discount for stays 1-2 weeks, 20% discount for stays above 2 weeks;
    • Longer term rentals are possible (price to be negotiated);
    • Pets are not allowed. Apartment is non-smoking.
  • Note: the maximum withdrawal from an ATM machine in Portugal is 200€ and the daily maximum is 400€.

Almost perfect stay in every way!

We had a wonderful stay in Portugal and the slightly complicated arrival in Porto is part of the joys of holidays abroad. We started in your apartment, great location in this lovely and typical district of Ribeira. Isabelle is very charming and welcomed us warmly on your behalf. Her small race kits for the ambulance were very funny! The bottle of Port was excellent and very nice for us to welcome, thank you very much. The only downside of the apartment is that it feels some moisture but despite this, we have enjoyed so it is well located and is also very functional. A brief note of almost perfect stay in every way! Thank you very much again and when I return to Porto, be sure that I'll let you know.
