• 24 Hr Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for all bookings must be made 24 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellation made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge of the first night's accommodation.
  Payment & Credit Card Guarantee: The entire accommodation charges must be paid upon arrival, unless prior arrangments are made for alternate payment method. Cheques not accepted unless prepaid 14 days prior to arrival. All incidentals can be settled upon checkout. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation. Please note a merchant fee of 1.5% will apply for VISA and MASTERCARD and 3.00% will apply for DINERS and AMERICAN EXPRESS payments.
  Credit Card Pre-authorisation: All guests are required to provide a valid credit for pre-authorisation to cover any potential incidentals or damages incurred during their stay. Alternatively, $250 cash bond will be required and shall be returned to guest upon checkout subject to a room inspection.
• Bedding changes and requests: All bedding must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Any bedding change requests on the day of arrival will incur a fee of $30 per room.
  Car Park: All car parks must be booked upon making your reservation and are subject to availability. $15 per night per vehicle or $70 per week per vehicle.
  Check in Time: After 14:00. Early check-in can be requested however cannot be guaranteed. Bag storage can be organised with reception.
