Had a lovely stay here with a few of my friends. House was comfortable and spacious for all. A close drive to the strip as well. Ash (the owner) was easy to contact and responded to any questions in a timely manner. Overall a wonderful stay and definitely will be vacationing here again in the near future.

Above and Beyond Expectation for this last minute shopper!!

We heard about VRBO approximately 2 wks before our family vacation, so this trip was the 1st time our family used VRBO. @ 1st I was very skeptical, and even purchased insurance to protect us if the place wasn't as pictured...so unnecessary!!! This home was clean, well decorated, and perfect for our family of 5 + 4 grandparents! Conveniently located only minutes from the strip and anything else we needed! We loved it and already trying to make plans to stay there again (minus kids and grands) for a couple's get away. Ash was very patient and helpful while I was planning this last minute stay, and I appreciated the smooth transaction. Definitely above and beyond my expectations, photos very accurate, and all 9 of us were very happy w/ our stay! Thx Ash!!

Great house! A Vegas Gem

This house was a savior. Two business colleagues and I needed to stay a week for a convention in Vegas and our start-up company really couldn't afford three hotels rooms for the week, the rooms we booked we had to cancel, on and on. So we gotta house! Ash was able to help us out with a same-week booking and guided us through the process. This house has an awesome backyard, great pool, and is well landscaped. We all thought the house was well stocked, we just needed groceries, coffee and water.

I would absolutely come back with friends as this house was a delight.

we stay at these villa for 6 days, it was a very nice and beautifull holiday. The villa has a very good location, the confort is very good, Kitchen and ustensils are from good quality, the pool and the outside is also very nice.
