House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 7-10)

Casa Azul is a modern high-tech beach home ready for your perfect vacation! Fully furnished, 3 bedroom/3 Bath, Just 5 blocks to ocean (see map). Watch awesome sunsets, spot dolphins & whales, surf, and live like a celebrity beach bum!

Rents weekly or monthly; Rates range from $2,850/week in high season: (mid-May, June, July and August), $1,950/week in the off season: (January - mid-May and September - December) Minimum rental period of 5-nights required, no weekend, or daily rentals allowed, $500 security/damage deposit required for all reservations. Monthly rentals for off-season 2012 months January - May or September - December available at $4,650/month. Please check accompanying calendar for weeks/months available for rent.

Add cleaning fee ($150 for weekly or monthly rentals) to all rates (no tax due for any rental of one month or more). Refundable security deposit of $500 collected with rents (normally waived for returning guests). Monthly rentals pay Electric/Gas at cost.

Appliances available = Complete kitchen with Coffee maker, blender, ice maker, dishwasher; plus: washer/dryer, iron & board, Blow dryers in both full-bathrooms. You won't be disappointed!! (sorry, no pets allowed, no smoking allowed in the home).

Beds= 2 Queens, 2 twins, 1-pull out), 2 couches, & lots of space. Grocery and drug stores within 5 blocks. Numerous restaurants, bars, and clubs, are also within a mile or two.

Rental includes: beach games, beach chairs, Cable, Wi-fi, DVD player, 50' HD TV, all linens, many kitchen appliances, and much much more!

Note: Owner will not rent to vacationing students, or singles under 30 years of age.

Would definititely stay in this house again. The distance to the beach was perfect with easy access to the boardwalk for walking and biking. Perfect location for visiting the local attractions. Plenty of room for a big family, the kids all had their own sleeping space which they love. We spent most nights grilling on the BBQ and enjoying a soak in the hot tub. Would recommend this home to those looking for the accessibility of the beach and fun, minus the noise and traffic. Overall great vacation!

Luxury is an understatement!

What a beautiful and luxurious home. And, I mean HOME... The owners tender loving care was definitely felt throughout our stay. We all felt at home here. Every room is a comfort zone, whether you are a large family like ourselves or just a bigger party in general this place is simply perfect! So many details I can't even tell you about all of them. The backyard is just a haven! We rode bikes to the beach every day and had dinner at home every night. Then it was jacuzzi time. Fun, Fun, Fun... HIghly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul immensely. Chris was very helpful and was always available. We would definitely come back. There was 1 thing we thought could be improved some what. Although we were able to work with what we had.

1. The kitchen hardware was a little limited for a large group i.e. coffee pot, utensils, and bowls.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Loved this house. Great floor plan and decor. Nice backyard and hot tub. We had a group of 9 so the 3 bathrooms were wonderful for us. We like the Pacific Beach area and the location of this home. The property is well maintained and the photos accurately depict this home. I would recommend this home to my friends. The owner was great to work with. All emails were answered promptly. I'd come back again!

More like staying in a spa than a home!!!

My wife and I spent an absolutely delightful week at Casa Azul with our three kids. The home was so nice and well decorated that we felt like we were staying at a fine spa hotel rather than someone's home. The location is ideal...close enough to the beach that a day on the sand was only a short walk down the street. But far enough from the noise of Garnet in Pacific Beach. The house is close to everything...Sea World, La Jolla, Point Loma, Lego land all only a short drive away. The gourmet kitchen was a delight to cook in and we enjoyed many meals outside on the deck under the great foliage. And let's not forget soaking in the in ground Jacuzzi after a long day of sight seeing with a glass or two of wine.

We can't wait to get back to Casa Azul. What an amazing time!!
