Wonderful place that likes to escape! Whether for business, shopping or vacation, our condo of 1070 square feet contemporary decorated has everything you need to suit your needs with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, half bath and a balcony overlooking the tropical garden and water canal, to give you pleasant a pleasant nice stay. Enjoy the amenities of our rooms: The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and spacious living room has a double size sofa comfortably fits 6 people. The Kitchen / Breakfast Room have all kitchen utensils and dishes are included, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer iron and iron board and so on. Relax on the Balcony: From your point of view the 2nd floor, enjoy the warm climate of South Florida, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, walk to the tennis courts, clubhouse, gym and swimming pools, WiFi in clubhouse.

Our stay in Florida

We really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was great, sparkly clean, modern and well decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and looks exactly like the pictures. The complex is beautiful, nice landscaping, good security, with two beautiful swimming pools one of them spectacular and in front of the canal, a gym room full of exercise machines, tennis courts and we enjoyed the use of all, underroof park near the unit, tv and cable, wy fi. The location of this property is perfect as it is convenient to shopping, Aventura Mall is only two minutes away, golf courses, the beaches on Sunny Isles, very good restaurants, banks and exclusive shops like Office & Home Depot, Carls Patio and other attractions, all very near.

We really had a great time there!

I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends
