WOW! Sleeps 20! (no weddings)...3500 sq ft of living space(4100 including covered porches), Large living area, 9 bedrooms, 8 baths, 7 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full size, 1 bunk(full on bottom, twin on top)! Kitchen has custom granite counter tops, cabinetry and is fully equipped with all major and minor appliances. Large fridge and washer & dryer too! We have Flatscreen TV's and BlueRay or Dvd players. Outside in the large back yard is your private pool(30X15), shower, large gas grill, large deck area, sunbrella and plenty of sun loungers. Plus the yard is completely fenced in for privacy! Driveway offers ample parking so bring your jetskiis, RV or boat! The beach is only a 2 minute walk....300 literal footsteps, very short walk. This home is sure to be THE place to bring your family. We price it so small or large groups find it affordable!

Another Day in Paradise!

John and Dawn, you are right; "another day in paradise". We loved the house and the pool area - beautiful. All the bedrooms, and more than ample baths, worked out very well. We are all beginning to think of Destin as our second home and you both make us feel very welcomed to your beautiful city. Thank you for having the house "move in" ready for our arrival and for the extra perks. You're the best! Hope to see you again in 2015......as you know we have been coming every other year to you since 2009.

Nearly Perfect!

Foys - OMGosh!....Never, in all our "old" days, have we stayed in such a beautiful home! We travel often....and you, John & Dawn, were so very kind to us that it concreted our decision that we will never stay anywhere else again!
