Chamonix Les Praz is the magnificent location for apartment 'Le Petit Dru' .It is a modern ground floor 2 bedroom apartment which has fantastic views of Les Drus and Mont Blanc and enjoys easy access to the slopes of Flegere-Brevent with the Ski lift only 100 metres outside the front door. Comfortably sleeping 5 with 2 bathrooms it's local amenities include: Restaurants 300 metres. Golf course 300metres. Bus stop 25 metres. Scenic Mont Blanc Express Railway - 400 metres. post office-corner shop - 200 metres. Ski hire - 50 metres. Parking. Wifi. TV. DVD. Video. Fully self catering, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Chamonix is the perfect base for the best skiing Europe can offer. Access to other areas include: Italy (Courmayeur) - 15 km. Verbier - 1 hour. Contamine - 30 mins. Grand Massif - 45 minutes.

Chamonix Les Praz is the perfect location for a variety of mountain sports all year round. For the Flegere - Brevent ski areas the lift is approximately 100 metres directly opposite the front door. It is not uncommon in December to March to be able to ski all the way back down to the lift station, leaving you a short 2 min walk home. You can easily access the ski areas of Les Houches, Grand Montet, Le Tour, Vallee Blanche via the bus stop 50 metres away. Famous attractions also include the Mer de Glace and the view from Aiguille du Midi. Next door to the lift station is the excellent 18 hole Chamonix Golf Course. A wonderful variety of mountain walks and mountain bike trails are immediately accessible as well. From Les Praz you can hop on the scenic mountain railway which gives you easy access to Switzerland and France. The Swiss border is an easy 20 min drive from here and of course the Italian border is on our doorstep as you exit the Mont Blanc tunnel, only 2 km away.

  • All rentals include bed linen and towels. ( This is NOT standard in all self catered apartments).
    The apartment is a No - Smoking area..
    Arrival time is not before 2:00 pm and Departure time is 10:00 am .
    ( Please enquire if you need to make changes to these times. I can be flexible on these times IF there are no coinciding arrivals or departures )
  • There is 20% deposit required to secure booking and to act as a cleaning security. This would be refunded upon departure if the apartment is left in a clean and undamaged state.
    If this booking is for a 'Stag' or 'Hen' party, there will be a much higher cleaning and damage deposit
    required. This must be negotiated beforehand.
  • Full payment for booking should be made 30 days in advance.
    Payment methods are Pay Pal, Cash, Cheque or bank transfer in Euro.
    Any non-cash methods will be subject to an addition of the relevant institutions charges. Please enquire about charges when deciding on payment method.
