The Point House:

Miles of Atlantic Ocean views interrupted only by Monhegan Island shimmering on the distant horizon make this three bedroom cottage a summertime favorite. Sit on the deck and listen to the surf pound on the rocks below (or walk down and sit on the rocks), then take a stroll down the lane to Pemaquid Lighthouse (now on the Maine quarter) for unmatched scenic beauty. Comfortable furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen to steam lobsters fresh off the boat. This summer home has it all. Open from May 15 to November 1st. Enjoy ! ! !

Pemaquid is an historical area on the coast of Maine. It is famous for its Lighthouse, Fort William Henry and Colonial Pemaquid with its artifacts found on site. There is a 1/4 mile white sand beach nearby. There are many restaurants in the area from Damariscotta to New Harbor. Antique and gift shops abound in the Damariscotta area. Walking around Pemaquid Point is a favorite past time morning and night.
