This charming spacious townhouse located 100 steps from Carpinteria State beach. The townhouse is decorated in a vintage, whimsical style. It is very comfortable and welcoming after a long day at the beach. All basic amenities are supplied. During the summer months boogies boards and various summer items can be rented. Kayaks can also be rented. Just a short walk you can visit the many restaurants and shops. During July and August there are movies in the park, located 2 blocks from residence.

Carpinteria is located a short distance from Santa Barbara where you can go shopping, golf or go whale watching.
