4 Bedrooms+, 3 full baths, sleeps 8 comfortably

A brand new luxury single family home. Exquisitely appointed including hardwood floors and granite counter tops. There is a first-floor master suite and spacious bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and another bath are on the first floor with the 4th bedroom and bath on the second floor with an adjacent spacious family room. This superb 4 bedroom, plus study and family room boasts 3 full bathrooms and is about 4 mi. to the beach and offers shuttle bus service Thursday through Monday. It's just a short drive to Ocean City and the Rehoboth outlets for tax free outlet shopping.

There is a community pool with an outdoor lazy river,lap pool, children's pool, tennis facility, children's playgrounds, and exercise equipment in the Club House . The dining area seats 8 comfortably. Five TVs in the house, including a 55” TV in the Great Room. All bedding and furniture is new and is top quality.

We rented this beautiful home for the week before Labor Day and it exceeded expectations. The description and pictures were exactly as described. As another commenter mentioned, this house is brand new, clean, with all new appliances and amenities. We enjoyed the beach (you can take the shuttle that comes hourly or drive), the community center (fitness center, swimming pools, tennis courts, playground), the easy proximity to the grocery store and restaurants, and taking quick trips to Rehoboth (both for dining and fun, and the outlets). The one thing I'll add is that the owners have set up the house to be very well organized. Things are is easy to find and use, and explained clearly in a binder that they leave in the house. Fantastic Vacation

We stayed at this beautful home for a week with another family and we all really enjoyed our stay. The home was fantastic, very clean and beautifully decorated. The community was quiet and well-maintained. We were at the pool every day and all of our kids (four boys under the age of 6) enjoyed the water slides and lazy river. We spent time in Bethany and Rehoboth and some even went on a fishing trip in Ocean City.
We would definitely recommend this house and the homeowner. He was very easy to work with and extremely accomodating.

Wonderful Rental!

This is a beatifully decorated and exquisitely maintained home! It is very spacious with 2 studies in addition to 4 bedrooms, which was a big plus for my 10 member family. The stunning kitchen is more than well stocked with beautiful wares. Located in a quiet development. Owner is very responsive and friendly. We LOVED the outdoor pool/lazy river and were there nearly every day to enjoy not only the lazy river but several fountains, slides, and pool volleyball and basketball. Short 10 minute car or shuttle ride to Bethany Beach-a beautiful little town in between the busier Rehoboth and Ocean City areas. We visited all 3 for additional shopping and fun. We also visited Assateague National Seashore and enjoyed the visitor's center, beautiful beaches, and wild horses. A wonderful vacation, would highly recommend this rental!

A 5 Star Summer Vacation!

Can't say enough good things about this home and community! There was 4 adults and 3 children staying in the home and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own privacy. We ate all our meals, except for 1 dinner, at the house and it was a pleasure to cook in such a beautiful kitchen. Everything that you could possibly need to prepare a meal is in this kitchen! The Lazy River was incredible and we spent alot of time just relaxing and going around with the kids. The beach, supermarkets, and shopping is super close to the home, and outlet shopping in Rehoboth is only about a 25-30 minute drive. Ocean City is also nearby with Outlet shopping as well and a great boardwalk, along with a wide range of restaurants to go to. We went to Hoopers and would highly recommend it for crab lovers! Overall we had a wonderful time and made many special memories!! We cant wait to go back! Thanks Gil for everything!!

My little nephew kept calling the house his house inthe suburbs(he lives in the city of Charlottesville, VA). He did not want to leave. The house was perfect for our blended families.The upstairs bedroom with adjoining den was perfect for my daughter, her husband, and their 3yr old. They were able to spread out and have their own getaway. We all loved how the house was decorated so tastefully. The open floor plan was wonderful for cooking and eating meals as well as watching TV. Naturally, the lazy river and pool were great attractions for the kids. There were some days that a few of the kids tired of the beach so we would head to the pool.The entire week we spent there was phenonomal.We loved how close everything was to the house... the beach, the grocery stores, fruit stands,and even Funland at Rehobeth Beach! We would most definitey recommend this property to anyone considering vacationing in the Bethany Beach area.
