3 BR + 2 BA, sleeps 8 (2 sets of bunk beds)

This is a privately owned home in quiet Hyannis Port, within the Civic Association boundaries. It's a 1950's ranch with a new kitchen, central air conditioning, 2 separate living areas, fireplace, huge screened in porch and deck overlooking a great yard perfect for whiffle ball. A 5 minute walk away is a pond with swans and ducks, a 10 minute walk away is the Hyannis Port harbor and beach. The ferries are a 5 minute drive as well as downtown Hyannis - full of restaurants and shopping.
