Sea’s the View is the largest and newest (2012) home located in the Sand Point neighborhood. The home has 270 degree views of the beach, ocean, waterways, and bay. The unobstructed ocean view is beautiful! The 3-story home contains over 3000 sq. feet, has 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, 2 large wrap around decks, 1 sun deck, and 1 large covered patio. Each floor may be rented separately or in combination. Every floor has an ocean view.
The first floor guest suite is a self-contained casita with 1 queen bedroom with flat screen TV, 1 bath, ADA compliant shower, living area with flat screen TV/DVD/Netflix, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, and a built-in banquette. The large covered patio with ocean views is
The second floor has 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom. (all bedrooms have DVD players and flat screen TVs), 3 baths, a full kitchen with a seated island, dining area, living area with flat screen TV/DVD/Netflix, and gaming console. There are spectacular views from the large wrap-around covered deck.
The third floor has 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom (all bedrooms have DVD players and flat screen TVs), 2 baths (one with a whirlpool tub), a wet bar area with full-sized refrigerator, dining area, living area with sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV/DVD/Netflix. The 3rd floor has panoramic ocean views from its wrap around covered deck, and its sun deck.
Additionally, each kitchen and 3rd floor wet bar is fully equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender, and is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cookware, bake ware, and silverware. Both showers have dual heads.
Wi-Fi internet is available throughout. Laundry is available to long term renters. Sterilized Pack N’ Play, Portable high chair, and stroller are available upon request.
The beach is a short 2 minute walk from the boardwalk next to the home. Neighborhood amenities include pool, large hot tub, and a small picnic area with grill. Neighborhood amenities are available to Sand Point owners and guests only.
Sea’s the View is located in-town, faces the beach, is adjacent to the neighborhood’s beach walk, and overlooks Beach Mile Markers 9 and 10 -- the heart of SandFest. Sea’s the View is conveniently located within 5 minutes of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, fishing, bird and dolphin watching, the City of Port Aransas Marina, the ferry landing, and the new Arnold Palmer-designed Newport Golf Course.
Sand Point Neighborhood Restrictions
1. There is a No Noise Policy after 10 PM for the enjoyment of all neighborhood guests.
2. The driveway accommodates parking for 5 vehicles. Additional parking is available at the nearby pool.
3. No parking is allowed on the street.
4. The neighborhood restrictions prohibit campers, motor homes, and any type of trailer being parked in the neighborhood at any time.
5. Boats and watercraft can be parked at the Port Aransas Municipal Marina for five days for low or no cost. Contact the Harbor Master.
6. The pool is for owners, guests, and renters in residence only. Pool hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 16.
