3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 8

We want you to visit our Villa and now is the time. We are the original owners of the property. Our children and grandchildren come down often to visit and to have fun.

Our Villa is complete with full-size bathrooms (one with a tub/shower and the other bathroom has a shower with a vessel sink). The master bedroom has a queen size bed that looks out over the patio and a protected woods area. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and and the other 2 bedrooms both have twin-size beds with a hall bathroom

It is less than 2 miles to WalMart, Super Target and Publix Food Market. This makes it very economical to make all your meals at home and even make sandwiches to take when your family goes to visit Micky and Harry! Through out your stay you will find out that you will save a great deal of money on all your meals.

We had an interior designer redecorate our Villa. She also designed and remodeled our kitchen. You can see for yourself by the pictures how nice our Villa is. Our children and grandchildren participated in this project. They made sure that it was 'children

friendly'.

It's so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Family members get their own bedrooms, there's a brand new full-size kitchen for groceries and quick meals, and a full-size washer and dryer so you don't run out of clean clothes! Our Villa is less expensive than a hotel too!

When you look at the pictures that we posted, you will find one picture that shows the complete blueprints of our villa.

Royal Palm Bay is a small community. Our Association's Board of Directors have worked very hard to get our community where is is today. Next year plans are to repaint all the Villas in the same tradition in which they were originally painted. This would make our Villas in the same color scheme as the early Victorian homes..

We currently live in a large suburb of Chicago, Il, called Naperville.

I am a Professor Emeritus and I taught Graduate School for many years. My husband was an Insurance Executive before he retired. Our children and grandchildren come down often for a short visit just to relax. Sometimes they come down just to visit all the sites and fun places in the Kissimmee.

Why Marianne Piet chose Royal Palm Bay

We purchased this property after staying in a similar complex and villa a few blocks away. When we heard that a similar development was being built, we purchased this villa immediately. We loved it as soon as we walked in. Even with our children and grandchildren, we are not crowded. We love Royal Palm Bay. It is the perfect place. It has everything, including pool, hot tub, sauna, playground, tennis court, clubhouse (with pool table ) and a very small lending library.

What makes this villa unique

It is wonderful being so close to all the Disney properties as well as Sea World and Universal Studies--Harry Potter. It is far less expensive to rent our villa than to rent 3 or 4 hotel rooms. We are a somewhat small complex, yet we have all the amenities, including, clubhouse, pool, playground, etc.

We are close to Disney Properties--about 4 1/2 miles. And we are only about 9 miles from Universal Studios and Harry Potter. Our Villa is also very close to Sea World (We highly recommended that you make early reservations and plan a day to 'swim with the dolphins'! It is the best!!

We are less than 2 miles from 192 the main street in Kissimmee. We are about 4 miles from the city of Celebration (Disney small town) which is very nice. In that same area there is a large hospital with a large ER. We are also very close to many, many outlet malls.(Some of our guests go to the Outlet malls and find very good deals)

The best outlet mall is only a few miles from our Villa. It is Orlando Premium Outlet Stores. It is on International Drive and has over 80 Designer Stores; Over 25 Shoe Stores and Over 23 Jewelry Stores. Plus there are many fast food restaurants.

Two miles from our Villa there is a large Public Food Market and drug store. We are also very close to a Super-Target (with a Starbucks) and there is a McDonald's further down the street.

Our location is one of the best in Central Florida!

We have a completely remodeled kitchen, including all new deluxe cabinets, granite countertops, ceramic floor, all stainless steel appliances, and an all brand new professionally decorated living and dining room. All new deluxe plush carpet and ceramic tile are throughout the Villa. An en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with a vessel sink. There is a beautiful Tropical and Palm Tree Theme throughout the Villa. Our Villa is child-friendly. We are on the 1st floor, so there are no stairs to worry about. We have posted the original layout of our villa, so you can see more clearly what our place looks like. It is highly unusual for HomeAway owners to have the exact layout of their Villas--but we do! We have a very quiet community. And I am sure that you will love it as much as we do!

Great updated condo in location close to Disney and other Parks. The interior has completely been remodeled with high end cabinets, countertops, and tile. The entire unit was very clean and welcoming. This is an amazing deal and I will return.

This villa was perfect for our three daughters and my husband and I. Each child had their own bed, the house was fantastic - well thought out by the owners and had all the amenities we needed. We did not use the pool, but there was one available.

The only negative thing is that the outlets were finicky. We had to switch plugs a few times to find one that would charge our phones. Otherwise, this place was SO SO SO great! I will definitely come back as soon as we plan another disney vacation. We loved it!!!!!

Lovely condo near Disneyworld

We had a great time staying at this condo during our recent trip to Florida. The directions that Marianne sent us were clear and it was easy to get the key. The place was spotless. The kitchen worked well for us as we made breakfast every morning. The condo is very close to grocery stores and many nice restaurants. Marianne gave directions to Disneyworld that avoids lots of traffic. The pool was very nice with heated water and a great hot tub that we enjoyed. We never heard noice from our neighbors. All in all it was perfect.

Some of our guests are really surprised to find that even though we are in a very quiet area, we are less than 2 miles from numerous grocery stores including
Target, Wal Mart and Publix.---and close to numerous restaurants. The new road (Osceola Parkway) is the fastest way to get to Disney properties, with hardly any traffic. We are happy that you enjoyed the quietness of Royal Palm Bay--as we do! We hope to see you again.

Wonderful condo near Disneyworld

We had the best time staying at this condo. It was spotless. The kitchen was perfect for us as we made breakfast and sometimes one other meal. There are plenty of very nice restaurants within driving distance and lots of shopping. Disneyworld is just a hop away and the owners gave us directions to avoid the crowds. The pool is very nice, the water is heated and there is a great hot tub too. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing. We never heard any noises from neighbors. Parking was never a problem. It was perfect.

We recently stayed at this lovely home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It was located close to many restaurants and stores. Major attractions like disney were close by as well. The owner was very kind and helpful for making the booking of the property easy. I highly reccommend this property and if we are ever to go back to florida for vacation we will book this property again.
