This luxury self-catering apartment is ideal for a relaxing beach/pool holiday and is an ideally placed centre for exploration and touring. It comes fully equipped for your every need and comfort and is fully air-conditioned. The lounge/diner has a three seater settee with two armchairs, and there is TV/DVD/CD provided . The double and twin bedrooms are fitted with large wardrobes and drawers giving plenty of storage space for your holiday clothes. The kitchen has all mod cons - fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob etc. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath and a bidet. There is a utility room with washing machine and hand washing facilities. The large balcony has a patio table and four chairs for relaxation or al fresco dining and overlooks the pool. There are sun loungers provided which can be used on the balcony or carried to the pool or beach.

This apartment is situated at El Pinet, between the village of La Marina and the sea. There are protected dunes, a nature reserve and salt flats nearby. The village of La Marina is very Spanish in character, and it provides a tourist information office, pharmacy, travel agency and many shops, bars and restaurants. The El Pinet /La Marina beaches are superb - cleaned every day, lifeguards on duty in the season, beach bars/restaurants, toilets and a spider’s web climbing frame for the kids. The apartment is ideal for a relaxing beach/pool holiday and is an ideally placed centre for exploration and touring. For golfers there are courses within easy access. La Marina urbanization has markets on Sundays and Thursdays. In fact, there are markets in the locality practically every day of the week at Santa Pola, Guardamar, La Mata etc., where there are many bargains to be found!

This is an excellent place for a holiday - convenient for sea and sand and the nearby village for restaurants and shopping. If you are feeling too lazy to go far, the pool is immediately on hand! The apartment is exceptionally well fitted-out with modern appliances and lots of thoughtful 'homely' touches, making for a very comfortable stay.
Owner's Response: Although the area offers plenty of scope for sightseers, sports enthusiasts and walkers, etc., it is also an ideal location just to 'chill-out' away from the stresses of everyday life.

Excellent Holiday Apartment

Brilliant apartment with everything you need for a great holiday, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Recommend walking to the beach through the sand dunes, followed by a walk along the beach and breakfast at the cafe. Very convenient location, good local restaurants and shops. If you have a car it's well placed for sightseeing, we visited Torrevieja, Murcia and Santa Pola (for the market) but there is also a good bus service to the local towns. Wonderful to have the swimming pool just downstairs from the apartment even had a swim in April. We had a great holiday and will be back! Oh forgot the main thing,.... Sun, glorious Sun!
Owner's Response: We chose our apartment particularly for the great location and if you like markets, there seems to be one somewhere in the vicinity on each day of the week! There are regular buses from La Marina village to Alicante, Torrevieja, Guadamar, etc., with other stops on the way so plenty of opportunity to get out and about.

Perfect holiday location

We had a wonderful holiday at your apartment which was just like home from home! The La Marina area is lovely and there is plenty to do for all the family. We hired a car for some of the time and also found the bus service was very good so we could do lots of sightseeing.

A lovely area for walks along the superb sands and a well maintained communal pool just outside the front door. Will look forward to our next holiday with you and will certainly recommend it to all our friends.
Owner's Response: As we use our apartment a great deal ourselves, we have tried to make sure it has all the conveniences of home so we are glad that Jane and her family enjoyed their stay.
