Spacious house in lovely high hill neighborhood of Winter Park with good views of mountains.
Well supplied with kitchen items for cooking. Comfortable beds. Could use more lighting for reading in bedrooms and living room. Keeping even temps in all levels was a little bit of an issue,but we used a the space heater in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Laundry room well placed on mainfloor for easy use. I would suggest to owners to provide a bench for folks to sit on and remove shoes/boots upon entering the house. There is room for several cars, gas fireplace did not work initially, but property manager fixed it . Evidently the pilot light sometimes gets blown out by wind. Air hockey and pool table and board games provided plenty of off slope fun.
Property managers (the Shaws, RJS Corp) are very good to work with and we often like to rent properties that they manage. There were 10 of us and we would rent this home again for a family gathering.
